Change of Ownership
Dear guests, dear friends,
It is with mixed feelings that we have to inform you that we, after almost 7 wonderful years in Ehrwald, have sold our beloved Das Halali. Our passion for the hotel- and hospitality industry, has gifted us with 7 wonderful years as independent operators, for which we are eternally grateful! Central to our passion and the Halali were always you, our guests! Thanks a million to you all for your loyalty, the great converations, cosy evenings, humor and wit and of course friendship! We will miss you all and for sure will never forget the wonderful times with you. As for us, we will be retiring and enjoying some more time together, something both Maria and I look very much forward to.
We have been able to lock in some worthy successors, who live hospitality as much as we do. Veerle and Ewan Torrekens, a couple from Belgium, will as of December 12, 2025, look after you and Das Halali! They are a very thoughtful, down-to-earth, authentic couple with loads of humor! You will love them! So, your vacations are in the best of hands and Veerle and Ewan are looking very much forward to getting to know you all.
We would like to thank you all for your loyalty and patronage over the years and we wish you all many more memorable vacations in Das Halali, of course in the best of health!
